Literally the best experience! Cal is extremely good at what he does and did a fantastic job helping us get the apartment we wanted. If you have any fears about moving into/within the city, I cannot recommend ApartmentsTogether enough

After finding a great apartment in New York with the help of ApartmentsTogether, I can't imagine hiring a broker with a broker's fee when this service is available at a great value! We had an absolutely fantastic experience, and we will certainly be reaching back out to Cal and his ApartmentsTogether team the next time we move.

As a first time renter, I was extremely daunted by the current state of the NYC housing market. I thought it would be impossible to find an apartment in my desired location, budget, and with all the amenities i was looking for. Thanks to ApartmentsTogetherNYC, I ended up having nothing to worry about.
Cal was with us every step of the way. From organizing our applications ahead of touring, to giving us insight into management and broker companies, to reviewing our lease, his guidance and market expertise proved invaluable.

We're beyond thrilled to move into a conveniently located and affordable apartment, with large closets and rooms. As someone who has lived in NYC for 3 years now, I still find navigating the rental market an exceptionally time consuming and stressful process. I am so grateful that my roommates and I found Cal and Apartments Together NYC to guide us through the process of finding a new apartment. With the current state of the market (low inventory, high broker fees, etc.), we felt pretty demoralized and didn’t think we could find a place with everything on our checklist within budget. However, once we found Cal, he was beyond helpful by consistently sending us listings, NYC real estate tips and tricks, and even touring listings for us to provide his professional input.

ApartmentsTogether was so helpful throughout our entire apartment search process. They helped us understand the rental market, prepared our applications, and promptly answered any questions we had! Cal and his team went out of their way to reach out to the landlords and agents to validate the apartments we would be seeing before we spent time traveling all over the city, and they were available for phone calls at a moments notice as we began submitting applications. In a very competitive market, we were lucky to have them to back us up during this process.

Would 100% recommend to anyone on the hunt for an apartment in NYC. I worked with Cal and he is nothing but a giver, often helping more than he should considering what I paid. Cal visited a property with me and advised me on fair market rents for what I was looking at and made me feel knowledgeable and comfortable during the negotiation process. Can’t say one bad thing!

ApartmentsTogether was so helpful in my apartment search! They were able to provide me with information I couldn’t find anywhere else. They reassured me on some things I was unsure of, and provided me with a holistic opinion on the apartment based on management of the apartment building, location and of course the apartment unit itself. I recommend everyone use ApartmentsTogether to gain helpful insights on apartments prior to signing a lease. It was especially helpful since I have never signed a lease in NYC before; I definitely learned a lot from Cal!
