Let us know your apartment criteria and we can let you know about any off market listings that aren't being advertised online. How? Through years of building relationships with landlords and managements companies! They provide us with info about listings you may have not seen online yet, and we pass it on to you.

 We will not limit your search in any way! Send us any listing you find online, and we can let you know if the listing is real and available. If it is, we can let you know about the building/landlord, as well as info on whether you can skip/negotiate the broker's fee.

We Protect Your Search Experience

Throughout the process of applying to an apartment, renters will have to share personal documentation about themselves, their employment situation, and their finances. We at  ApartmentsTogetherNYC know how sensitive this information can be, which is why we encrypt all of your personal documentation with a password using Adobe Acrobat Pro, and encourage you to encrypt any sensitive documentation before sending it over to us.

We conduct all of our email correspondence on Google's Gmail network. In Google Infrastructure, messages are encrypted at rest and while in transit between data centers. Messages transiting to third-party providers are also encrypted with Transport Layer Security when possible or whenever required by configuration. Again, for those looking for extra security, we encourage encrypting your documents with a password before sending.
